I wrote last week about service and support, and I used Evernote as an example, though I was not trying to cast them in a negative light; I only wanted to point out using their webpage how companies attempt to deflect wasting time on stupid questions versus people with real problems trying to get through.
I contacted Evernote’s customer support. It took most of the week, but exchanging email back and forth with Evernote lead to a resolution of my problem. I can now sync Evernote from my work laptop to the web client, which will increase my efficiency and my ability to record, file, and retrieve information. I highly recommend Evernote if you’re looking for a way to keep track of your electronic notes.
